Table with a view
Watching people around me, it often comes to mind what is the reason of overweight. As someone who luckily never had problems of such nature, it always occurred to me there is something wrong with dieting. It is, as well as lifestyle, attitude and metabolic flow. Basically, it's a no-brainer: cut the fries and sugars and go for a walk after reading this. But our brain runs on sugar as a fuel, so it deviates the paths of our behavior to get more of it: by hiding or exposing some visual data, by oversizing or downsizing what we see, giving it a new look or meaning.
