Inner court[/caption]I was lucky to visit it during Obama's visit to The Hague, so it was quite empty while the circus was in Scheweningen. The square was very quiet, and it doesn't resemble the seat of the government. Binnenhof looks like taken from some ancient fairy tale, and you expect to see King Arthur's knights of the Round table any minute, right there around the corner...oh no, there's just some clerk with funny glasses and two cell phones.
Be sure to come here and imagine how it looked in 13th century, when it was built.
