250 Hayarkon Street, Tel Aviv
This hotel is on the perfect spot, located by the beach and close to the Dizengoff street. So, if you're a walker and explorer, this one might be for you:the 2 minutes walk to the Hilton beach/Port/Marina or 2 minutes walk to the Dizengoff.

View from the room[/caption]
Hotel itself could be upgraded, there is something so 1970s inside, not that anything is that old, just the atmosphere (but on the other hand, although I loved it, it also might be a subjective impression, so don't take this seriously). Rooms are comfortable enough, with everything you might need. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't check the pool on top, unfortunately. We were there on the B&B base, so I might say that breakfast was absolutely correct, with plenty of mid-eastern specialties that I adore.
I understand why people return here, this is one of those unpretentious places that makes you feel comfortable.
