Nope, don't take it if you have other option.
Not that it is THAT bad as someone wrote on the tripadvisor earlier, but it just needs a total redo. Hotel (rooms and facilities) is totally outdated, and by that, I mean sometimes dangerously rusted. Besides, it is located a bit out of central area.
Can't remember clearly any hotel staff. Food (breakfast) was outrageous and suspicious. Just a small shop across the street and nothing else, so be prepared to bring decent food from other locations.
Go somewhere else.
